Any information communicated to CARS by either a registered facility/provider or an anonymous reporter is considered confidential. CARS has developed policies and procedures and implemented security measures to ensure confidentiality with respect to the PSWP. All activities related to the receipt of reported incidents and corresponding PSWP are in full compliance with 42CFR Part 3 rule.
