The core team at CARS has a combined patient safety experience of more than 100 years in the radiation oncology domain, covering both radiotherapy equipment and clinical practice. Dr. Bruce R. Thomadsen, Director of CARS, has over 30 years of experience in designing and developing treatment planning and delivery systems above and beyond the clinical practice of radiation oncology. He will be assisted by Dr. Frank Rath, who has over 30 years of experience in the field of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), FEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
