Why TSGiView
With TSGiView, eye care professionals can have an old Zeiss Cirrus, a Heidelberg Spectralis, a Topcon retinal camera and a Nidek microperimeter all connected into one environment to view the images from these instruments on their desktop.
Eye care professionals can access images and data from all examination instruments of all makes , regardless of their compliance with standards. It also captures data and images from non networkable legacy devices such as Visual Field Analyzer and stores these images in DICOM standard by automatically adding meta data for indexing.
All types of images and reports can now be accessed from a single consistent TSGiView Workstation. It is designed to rapidly bring up past and real-time reports and images for comparison thus allowing reviews to be done very quickly. Brightness, Contrast, Zooming, Measurement Anaylsis on images of PDF reports will be feasible.
TSGiView seamlessly integrates the existing IT environment, EMRs, Practice Management Systems and Billing systems. It also links singular input of patient data and demography with systems and instruments to form the basis for indexing.
TSGiView includes PACS, a system for storing images, reports & measurement data for ophthalmology. This system supports native DICOM objects as well as DICOM encapsulated documents.
The vision in ophthalmology is to release all instrument data from proprietary format for the use of ophthalmologists and TSGiView provides for the same.
How do eye care professionals benefit from TSGiView
Ophthalmologists today are focused on improvement of quality of treatment and cost reduction.
TSGiView improves the efficiency of the workflow, reduces the costs and enhances thequality of treatment. Seamless flow of images across systems and the ability to view and compare images from ANY instrument on a SINGLE workstation, help ophthalmologists eliminate steps in a patient workflow. Integration of systems help in reduction of manual data feeds and possible errors associated with it. Ophthalmologists are also able to improve their diagnosis through comparison of real-time and past images from any instrument.
